The choice between coal, oil, and other fossil fuels vs. renewable energy sources is a prime issue in developing nations; TERI helped stress the importance of how the students could help resolve this national dilemma through small actions. The students also understood how imperative it is to not be so heavily reliant on non renewable sources of energy, as we already are, because they are fast depleting.
