Refund Policy
CWT expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. CWT is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its absolute discretion, decline any request for refund of donations, whether or not the tax exemption certificate has been issued.
CWT reserves the right to change its policies at any time.
