This workshop is designed to foster student understanding of- and appreciation for- the forested lands throughout India.

Through the activities students examine ecological systems of a forest; analyze interdependencies within a forest ecosystem, are introduced to concepts of carbon sequestration and how forests maintain clean water supply.

Forest’s meet our unlimited demands, but it is our responsibility to make sure that forests can thrive and grow sustainably.
