How to embrace waste: Workshop on upcycling waste by Jugaad

Jugaad came down all the way from Delhi to share with our students their brilliant creativity with waste. As closure to the waste module for the year, we brought in the experts to teach our students at the E-Base exactly what to do with the most commonly found waste in their houses!

From colourful files and desks to cloth jewellery, Jugaad showed the students how to transform ‘waste’ items so beautifully.

While the girls preferred to work on personalized jewellery, the boys busied themselves on redecorating old desks. Whichever they chose, the students had a great time just getting down to unleashing the potential of the waste around them.

With the table almost finished, it looked like a riot of colours- That will definitely make class a little more fun!
