E-Base Library: Ready for take off!

With reading assessments almost complete, we’re working on fixing the last few details of the libraries.

Right from creating our inventory of books, labeling, registering and assigning each of the books a reading level according to our reading program, everything has its own joy (despite the mundaneness of the task).

We had two wonderful volunteers, Divya Nawale and Monica Szczupider who helped us with the painstaking task of organization of our libraries. Now, we’ve got a classic library system in place; all we need now is an enthusiastic set of bookworms to walk through the E-Base door!

On the 12th of October, we will be inaugurating our libraries with the local school children and teachers. We hope to see a few of the parents too.
